What This Integration Does
The Zoom integration allows you to connect your Zoom account with iNotes to streamline your meeting workflow.
- Sync your upcoming Zoom meetings directly into your iNotes agenda
- Enable specific meetings for automatic processing
- Generate notes, summaries, and action items from Zoom cloud recordings (when available)
How to Connect Zoom to iNotes
- Open iNotes and go to Settings → Connections
- Select Zoom and click Connect
- Sign in to your Zoom account and approve the requested permissions
- Once connected, your upcoming Zoom meetings will automatically appear in iNotes
How to Use the Integration
- Browse your upcoming Zoom meetings within the iNotes agenda
- Select which meetings you want to Enable/Connect for processing
- Only meetings that are enabled will be processed by iNotes
How Recordings Are Handled
- If an enabled meeting has a Zoom cloud recording available
- iNotes will use the recording audio to generate:
- Meeting notes
- Summaries
- Action items
- Meeting notes
How to Disconnect or Remove Access
- Go to iNotes → Settings → Connections
- Select Zoom
- Click Remove Connection
Troubleshooting
- If meetings or recordings are not appearing:
- Try reconnecting your Zoom account
- Refresh your iNotes agenda
- Try reconnecting your Zoom account
- Make sure cloud recording is enabled for the meeting host if you expect recordings to be available
